Our History
1958
False Creek Industries starts making custom tarps & covers for Vancouver Industry from it’s facility at the Foot of Hornby Street.
1986
Expo 86 comes to town & False Creek Industries moves from downtown Vancouver to 8811 Laurel Street.
2015
False Creek Industries gets a new owner and a new name, “Midland Industrial Covers” and a new manufacturing facility @ Unit 102 – 7337 North Fraser Way in Burnaby.
2020
In the midst of Covid19 as people we’re looking to use and enclose any outdoor spaces they had, our business started to fabricate and install custom made vinyl enclosures for patios, pergolas, decks and gazebos. Thankfully this trend has continued and this has now become an area of specialization for our team for both residential and commercial applications.
2025
Midland Industrial Covers make a significant infrastructure investment by purchasing a CNC cutting machine so we can keep up with the demand for our covers all across Canada & the USA.
